Sara To is a Program Advisor to Soup. Originally from Hawaii, Sara’s interest in social equity stems from her studies in Design and International Relations at Brown University and Columbia University (MA in Economic Development).
After college, she served as a small business advisor for the Peace Corps in Morocco and led research for female founded startups in Syria as a Fulbright Fellow. She has worked at technology hubs such as Google, Mozilla and Wikipedia on their global development and education initiatives.
Her additional interests include spending time with her family, faith community and homeschooling her children. She previously served on the board for Able Works and on the faculty of Eastside College Preparatory School in East Palo Alto.
